Tilemachos Mavrakis is the CEO of Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) at Impact Alliance Agency and is the founder of ADMINE, an independent, award-winning creative and technology agency headquartered in Greece. Prior to establishing ADMINE in 2008, he held several key positions at Canon Europe, including roles in Change Management in London, leading the reorganization of the European marketing structure in Amsterdam, and serving as Marketing Director for Canon Central East Europe in Austria.
Under his leadership, ADMINE has evolved into a prominent communications agency with a strong digital focus, operating from offices in Thessaloniki, Athens, and Cyprus, and catering to blue-chip clients across Europe. Renowned for his strategic vision and adeptness in navigating the complexities of diverse markets, Tilemachos has successfully positioned ADMINE as a leader within the Greek market.

Nikos Evmorfidis serves as the Vice President of Operations for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) at Impact Alliance Agency. With a distinguished career in the advertising industry, he has been an integral member of ADMINE Agency since 2008. Renowned for his strategic vision and operational expertise, he has played a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of the organizations he has been associated with.

Andrea Besana Zhang serves as the Vice President of Business Development for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) at Impact Alliance Agency. With a distinguished career in content strategy, digital media, and business development, he has played a pivotal role in driving innovation and growth across multiple organizations. In 2001, he founded RealLife TV, where he served as General Manager, leading projects in content strategy and mobile TV platform development for prestigious clients such as Ferrari, BMW, and Vodafone. In 2015, he co-founded IDNTT, a MARTECH content factory based in Lugano, Switzerland, where he continues to serve as Partner and Chief Commercial Officer, spearheading the company’s expansion. Further demonstrating his leadership in the industry, he established KHILYA GmbH in 2021 in Lucerne, Switzerland, where he directs the company’s strategic vision. Andrea’s extensive expertise and strategic acumen have been instrumental in fostering growth and innovation within the organizations he has led, solidifying his reputation as a leader in the field.

Marco Di Marco serves as the Vice President of Strategy for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) at Impact Alliance Agency, a position he has held since February 2025. With over three decades of experience in the marketing and communications industry, he has led numerous international and European marketing campaigns, demonstrating a strong track record in strategic leadership and market expansion. Prior to joining Impact Alliance, Marco served as Chief Strategy Officer at IDNTT beginning in January 2025. In March 2022, he founded Takegroup in Milan, Italy, where he continues to serve as CEO. Additionally, he owned and managed Take. from January 2013 to January 2025 and Spot à Porter from 1994 to January 2013. With a wealth of experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies across diverse markets, Marco has consistently driven business growth and innovation throughout his career.

Silvia Kaffe is the Head of Creative for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) at Impact Alliance Agency. With over two decades of experience in the advertising industry, she has held key creative leadership roles, including Head of Creative and Creative Director at ADMINE. Her career spans various positions in leading agencies, having worked as a copywriter at Frank and Cream, as well as at UpSet!. Silvia’s extensive expertise in creative direction, combined with her diverse industry experience, has been instrumental in developing innovative and impactful campaigns across the EMEA region.

Athena Kournavou is the Client Service Director at Impact Alliance Agency, bringing extensive expertise in account management and client relations within the advertising industry. She also holds the position of Account Director at ADMINE, where she has led client services in Athens, Greece, overseeing the strategic planning and execution of marketing campaigns. Prior to her current roles, Athena spent over six years at Ogilvy Greece, advancing from Account Executive to Senior Account Manager. During this time, she managed key client relationships, coordinated large-scale campaigns across Greece and Europe, and led project management teams specializing in email marketing and UX/UI initiatives. With a strong skill set in project management, strategic planning, time management, and teamwork, Athena plays a pivotal role in delivering successful marketing campaigns and fostering lasting client partnerships.

Dario Fonti serves as the Client Service Director at Impact Alliance Agency, bringing over three decades of experience in marketing and communications. With a background in journalism and literary translation, he began his digital career in 1999 as a Content Manager, collaborating with a think tank focused on architecture and design information. During this time, he developed a digital content creation methodology and published an essay on the subject. Transitioning into management, Dario initially specialized in project management before advancing to leadership roles overseeing teams and key client accounts. Prior to his current position, he served as Marketing Manager for a mobility solutions provider and led the Microsoft Team at WPP, managing global operations. At IDNTT, he was primarily responsible for MediaWorld and MediaMarkt Benelux projects while also identifying new opportunities and innovative experiences for clients. Dario’s extensive expertise in client relations, strategic account management, and digital marketing has been instrumental in driving successful international and European marketing campaigns.

Dimitris Tsoutsos is the ESG & Strategy Partner at Impact Alliance Agency, bringing over 15 years of experience in marketing and advertising across Greece and international markets. Before assuming this role, he was the Head of Strategy at Publicis Groupe Greece from February 2020 to December 2024, where he provided strategic guidance on sustainable development transformations for key accounts, including P&G, VISA, Sunlight, Nestlé, L’Oréal, and McDonald’s. Prior to that, he served as Regional Strategy Director for Central and Eastern Europe at McCann Worldgroup, overseeing global brands such as The Coca-Cola Company, Mastercard, Julius Meinl, and BEKO from May 2017 to January 2020. His career also includes roles as a Digital Strategist at Rascal and a Strategic Planner at Cream and Fortune Advertising, where he worked with clients including Hellas Online, Barilla Hellas, BMW, and MINI Cooper. Beyond his professional endeavors, Dimitris has been a mentor since May 2021, providing guidance on strategy, branding, and sustainability to emerging professionals. A strong advocate for sustainable development, he focuses on UNSDG, renewable energy sources, and the circular economy, leveraging his expertise to drive impactful change in the industry.

Dimitris Petkousis serves as the Senior ESG & Communications Advisor at Impact Alliance Agency, bringing extensive experience in marketing and communications since 2009, with a specialized focus on ESG communications. Since June 2023, he has also held the role of Communications Special Project Manager at ADMINE, where his responsibilities encompass digital marketing, marketing strategy, business development, and customer experience. Additionally, Dimitris has been engaged as a Digital Communications Senior Consultant for the European Federation for Medical Informatics (EFMI) in Switzerland since May 2021, contributing his expertise in communications and digital marketing. His professional background includes notable marketing positions at Porto Carras Grand Resort, DUST+CREAM Cosmetics, EPSILON NET Group, and a role as Global Campaign Manager at FIBA. Dimitris’s diverse experience, combined with his commitment to sustainability, renders him a valuable asset in formulating and executing impactful strategies for organizations.
